Singapore, Through My Lens

03:43

I've been spending my weekend on bed, resting. This was a tough week and my body is not feeling good as well. That's why I think it's better to edit some photos and write on this blog. So far so good, I can go through my weekend with peace... The thing is some people don't understand that I'm someone who needs (probably) more space for myself than other people, so when I'm in the mood of resting and not meeting anyone, don't try to disturb me or you won't get nice responds. But when I'm meeting you, I will give 100% of my time and I don't like if you're busy with something else. There's always time for each things, that's the way I am. There are people who doesn't mind being attached 24/7 or being visited anytime, but certainly not me.

Anyway, I just went to Singapore two weeks ago. This is my family's first trip abroad since 13 years ago. And I begged for Singapore because I love this city so much. My experience 3 years ago with my friends, it's one of the happiest moments of my life. So I've known that I will enjoy this trip as much. It's because in Singapore everything is so easy, simple, beyond my expectation. And it is! It's funny when you realized you walked down the same path and took the same photos right from the same spots as the last time you were there, I feel so grateful for everything. Here is the order of the photos:

Sentosa Island (Universal Studios & S.E.A) - Clarke Quay - Gardens by the Bay (Cloud Forest & Flower Dome) - Marina Bay (Art Science Museum) - Angelina Cafe - Plain Vanilla Bakery - National Gallery Singapore - Lloyd's InnGudetama Cafe - Aesop & Laduree

So we went to Universal Studios as my dad's wish, it's fun! We even get free tickets to watch Mulan The Musical at the casino. We also tried Plain Vanilla's cupcakes, I say, if you think cupcakes can't get any special, try theirs. Our one night stay at Lloyd's Inn (Orchard area, near Killiney Rd) was also amazing experience. Our room was so nice with private garden and the whole thing are just too cute and beautiful. If I have to choose one place that you can't miss when you're in Singapore, is Clarke Quay. I find the atmosphere and the night's view was something very memorable for me. I got some snacks and just a little bit of cocktail, and I couldn't be happier.  I'm planning to do some lookbook post later, but for now I hope you enjoy my point of view of Singapore through these photos!
